A man has been arrested after allegedly purchasing a "female Viagra" and other erectile dysfunction medications from his local pharmacy.
A woman from the Houston area has been arrested for allegedly selling counterfeit and unsafe Viagra.
In August 2015, an undercover officer went to a drug store in Houston to purchase a "female Viagra" and other erectile dysfunction medications. When the officer asked the woman if she had a prescription for it, she said yes.
The woman told the officer that she was taking the medication by herself from her home and that it was for her own use. However, the officer discovered the drugs were not her own.
The officer then purchased the medication from the woman's pharmacy and then sent her home, whereupon she was arrested.
The woman faces a minimum of 30-count theft and is currently being prosecuted.
The woman is currently being prosecuted by the HPD.
The prescription was found at the pharmacy where the pills were purchased. The pills were not being distributed at the drug store. The pills were sold to customers from the drug store.
The female Viagra had a black box warning, which stated, "Do not use this product if you are experiencing erectile dysfunction. Do not use this product if you have been diagnosed with this condition. Do not use this product if you have previously had an erection lasting more than 4 hours."
The prescription for the drug did not contain the active ingredient sildenafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction. The prescription was for a male enhancement product. However, the pills were not being sold in the drug store.
In August 2015, the HPD executed a search of the store, along with a warrant, to identify the woman and to search the drug store. The search found a package of the female Viagra and other erectile dysfunction medications that the HPD had purchased from the store.
A search of the drug store revealed a prescription for "female Viagra" that contained the same active ingredient as the prescription from a male enhancement product.
According to the prescription, the female Viagra contained sildenafil, a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction.
